Limerick Civic Amenity Centres also welcome comercial customers. The centres accept a range of commercial recyclable material but charges do apply.

Below are details of the range of commercial material accepted and relevant charges. For further information on commercial waste accepted, please contact the civic amenity centre nearest to you.

New Commercial Charges for Mungret only from 2012:

• Certified Weight Docket €25.00 (Mungret Only)
• Batteries (fence) €10.00 each
• Dry cardboard/ Paper/ Mixed Paper €0.10 per kg
• Flat Glass €0.15 per kg
• Glass Bottles €0.04 per kg
• Green Waste €0.06 per kg
• C&D Rubble €0.08 per kg
• Lead Acid Car Batteries (Free of charge)
• Oil (Cooking €0.15 and Engine €0.50 per litre)
• Oil Filters €2.00 each
• Paint Tins €2.00 each
• Plastic Oil Drums (0-5 Litres) €5.00 each
• Plastics €0.10 per kg
• Scrap Metal €0.10 per kg
• Timber (Untreated) €0.10 per kg
• WEEE Commercial Hazardous (Mungret only) €400.00 per tonne
• WEEE Commercial Non Hazardous (Mungret only) €250.00 per tonne

Charges for Killmallock and Newcastle West below:

• Dry Paper/Mixed Paper €40 per van or €2 per bag
