Electrical goods are dismantled and separated into their different parts i.e. plastic, cables, scrap metal, etc., and are reused or recycled.

What can you do to help the environment?
  • When buying new electrical appliances, choose ones which are durable and able to be upgraded in future if possible
  • If an appliance has stopped working, before discarding it, see if it can be repaired
